Bear in mind, The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod will change your life or change your morning routine forever.
you won’t get success in life if you wake up after 9 am or nothing doing in life, every famous and successful person wakes up early in the morning and does something at that time to such as go for a morning walk, exercise, meditation and reading books or doing priorities work first at morning.
My thoughts on Hal Elrod’s miracle morning
It is an easy book to read, and its value is extraordinary. The miracle morning of Hal Elrod was a delight to read.
I’m a fan of Miracle morning, It is my second favorite book.
First on my list is the 5 am by Robin Sharma, own your morning elevate your life.

you can customize your one hour according to your way, if you ask me what my morning hour formula is I proudly say that it is Robin Sharma first-hour formula of 20/20/20 each morning. Those six habits Hal Elrod called SAVERS.

Get clear on what you want in life and after that, you can do the affirmations to makes the belief powerful.
Why should you get clear about what you want?
When you know what you want your mind will guide you on how to get things into reality.
Most of the people won’t know what they want in life for instance if you ask people what you want in life, they might say 90% money, and then you ask how much money they want in life they won’t know how much just they want money or want to be wealthy.
So that’s why this is mistakes whatever you want in life please get clear truly and exactly what you want.
Won’t say I want to be wealthy, so you could say that I want $ 500 per month or according to your will you can write down how much amount of money you want but make sure the amount of money is exact.
For instance, you want to go for travel (anywhere) and you won’t know where, how do you know the route if you won’t know where are you going.
It is most important to know first exactly from the bottom of your heart where you would like to go for travel, let take an example you want to go Rhine Falls (is a waterfall) located in Switzerland.
At the moment you know that where you are going and you will book a flight, or doing, packing bags according to your will.
And right now, you are clear where you want to go and you also know that how to get there.
If you don’t know the route, how will you get there, if you know the route you will get there easily and without any obstacles.
This principle also applies for life, get truly clear on your life what exactly you want your lovely life, and after you write down what you want and make a plan or take actions.
Hal Elrod the author of Miracle morning written that always remember that where you are is a result of who you were, but where you go depends entirely on whom you choose to be, from this moment on.
Lack of purpose
Most people don’t know their purpose in life if you asked any person even teachers, doctors, lawyers, and so on. You can ask any person they don’t know their purpose in life.
I can say that only a few people around the world know their purpose in life and the rest of the world is lost in life.
And they are complaining the life is bad, always bad things happening to me, I’m confused about what to do and I don’t know what I want in life, etc.
Who doesn’t know their purpose of life they complaining or blaming all the times?
Why you should find your purpose in life?
When you find your purpose in life that drives you to wake up early each day and gives you vigorously power to do whatever it takes to fulfill your mission in life.
If you don’t have a purpose you can’t wake up early or couldn’t work late at night on your dreams.
Hal Elrod written that to defeat the cause of mediocrity, you need a life purpose, which can be any purpose you want.
It is important to remember that everything in life has a purpose. It can be anything that inspires you to wake up early every day and live in with your purpose.
Keep in mind that you can change your life purpose at any time. That’s not my words Hal Elrod written in his book the miracle morning.
The important is that you must have a purpose in life just like you have a heart and mind in your body. Much the same you must have a definite purpose in life and then start living by it.
If you don’t have a purpose now, no worries about it just right now pick up a piece of paper (pen also) and write it down on the paper what’s your purpose in life. Decide what you want it to be.
My life purpose is to be happy and be a lifelong learner. To inspire others to be great is the purpose of my life if you ask me.
Spend time with great people
Spend time with great people and certainly, their positive attitude and good habits reflect on you. You’ll become more like them.
Remember with whom you will spend your time you’ll become like them.
for instance, if you spend time with good, positive, successful people you’ll adopt the best habits same characters, habits and you’ll become a successful person like them in the future.
on the other side spend your time with toxic, procrastinators, who don’t know what they want to become in life or when you spend your time with useless people you will become useless, and if you spend your time with them, you will become like them.
choose your good people
so choose your good people and make yourself good. When it comes to your career, you should be wise, and you should have wise friends.
It is real in every area health, income, and relationship, etc.
if all of your friends are blissful and extremely positive, confident, optimistic people, then you are going to innate become gradually more blissful, positive, confident, and optimistic just by being around them.
Look for people
Look for people who want you to become a successful person in life, who believe in you.
why because your circle of good friends helps you to get where you want to go in life. Those people always motivate you or inspire you towards your best career life.
when you hang out with the person who always encourages you, you will feel joyful from inside of your heart.
as far as I am concerned always associate with people who will give value and appreciation to your life and bring light to the elite and maximum supreme in you.
In addition, you should be that person for others and also inspire and motivate those around you with your best effort.
I advise you that Invest one hour in Self-improvement if you want to see the big changes in your life. When you put your little time on yourself. Gradually you will become a better person later.
Don’t wait any longer to make changes in your life; your life will not change if you don’t. To have a better life, you have to get a better one.
The Miracle Morning 5 step Snooze-Proof wake-up Strategy
- Set your intentions the night before: every night before going to bed ensure you are pumping up to wake up early the next morning. Create exhilaration and joy for the next morning.
- Keep your alarm clock across the room.
- Brush your teeth.
- Drink a full glass of water (Hydrate yourself).
- Get in your workout clothes.

The miracle morning first ‘S’ of SAVERS
S is for silence; silence is the first practice of the Life SAVERS and it is the most significant improvement of our life.
Do you want a peaceful morning you can start by meditations means silence?
Meditation has many benefits, such as reducing tensions, anxiety, reducing stress, etc.
Begin your day silence and you feel calm and it will make you stay focused on your day.
In simple words just start every morning at least 2 minutes of meditation (Silence) for enhancing your mind from a noisy world.
Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit, then close your eyes, then focus on your breath.
Do Inhale and exhale breath for at least two minutes if you can sit in silence for 30 minutes you can sit.
When you do meditation lots of distractive thoughts pop up in your mind, don’t worry it happened with everyone but you can beat or get rid of negative thoughts.

During meditation, you should beat any thoughts that come to your mind that are negative.
You can beat the thought that distracts you or enters your mind.
The simple best technique is to acknowledge them, then let them go on their way and return to the breath.
When you get distracted get back to your breath, your job is to focus on breath, not on the negative thoughts.
Your thoughts come like a river wave and they stay for a while and after 60 to 90 seconds they will disappear.
If you focus your mind on those negative those will not disappear they will stay in your mind. When you meditate, you should remember to inhale and exhale.
Instead of focusing on negative thoughts, you can focus on your breath.
In the future, whenever you face this problem, don’t think about anything negative. Just focus on your breathing.
Spend time in silence, enjoy the moment, focus on breathing or you can also focus on gratitude.
It is hard to do meditation as a beginner but don’t worry after the consistent daily meditation for at least 2 minutes leads you to 30 minutes and helps you focus on your goals.
When you doing meditation bound to race in and out or come and go. jumping like a monkey, always jumping from one branch to another branch of trees.
As a beginner sitting in silence is difficult for everyone. But after being practice you will master it.
A is for Affirmations
Affirmations mean speaking a positive word to yourself. It is an essentials tool for success and it doesn’t cost you to buy. You can create your affirmations according to your goals.
Affirmations are the effective tools for becoming the person you need to be to achieve everything you want in your life.
Affirmations can help you develop the Growth mindset that will lead you to greater success in your life.
V is for Visualization
Visualize yourself living the life you want or becoming what you want to be in life.
You can also create vision boards. Looking at your vision boards every day increases your motivation and helps you to focus on your goals.
E is for Exercise
You won’t like to do exercise, But remember that there are lots of benefits to exercise. You also start to exercise a minimum of 5 minutes every day for the next one month then after one month, you can do 30 minutes of exercise.
When you do exercise it will increase your energy, improve your health and help you to focus and concentrate on your study.
Do consistently exercise for maintaining good health.
R is for Reading
Why you read the books? You need to read the books because it will enhance your brainpower to adopt more knowledge. Reading a minimum of 10 minutes every day helps your brain to work effectively.
The best way to acquire the knowledge, ideas, and skills that will help you succeed in any field is to read.
For me reading books is like a find a place in the sun. it means reading or getting knowledge every day open your eyes in a busy world. The more you read the books or getting knowledge by buying a course or having a mentor help you to be successful in life.
if you don’t read the books or not getting the knowledge you will in the darkness of life.
S is for scribing (writing)
Scribing is another word for writing.
Write down your thoughts in a journal to gain clarity and overcome negativity or maybe you are confused.
By writing down your thoughts on paper get out of useless thoughts from the mind.
Writing helps you to Gain Clarity, Capture ideas, Review lessons and acknowledge your progress.
