The truth is multitasking is neither efficient nor effective, it will fail you every time.

Our brain has only the capability to focus and concentrate on one task at a time. The more time we spend switching to another task the less likely to get back to the original.

Multitasker make more mistakes than non-multitaskers and multitasking slows us down and makes our brain tired and we have no power to do another task.

A disciplined life

A successful person is a disciplined life it’s a lie.

You don’t need to be a disciplined person to be successful in life. You must build a habit that it will do automatically.

We need the habit of doing it. It enough discipline to build habits choose the right habit that’s it you don’t need disciplined, success is about choosing the right habit and establish it.

Build the right habits and don’t give up soon. Give your habit time because a new habit takes 66 days to adopt a new habit.

Don’t be a disciplined person be a person of powerful habit. Build one habit at a time.

Stick with the habit for a long time until it becomes routine and part of daily life. After you establish the habit, build another one.

Willpower is always on will call.

Willpower has a limited battery life but good sleep can be recharge (7-8 hrs).

The more you use your willpower is like a body when it gets tired and needs rest. When you use all your willpower just wait for renewable energy by sleeping.

Eat a portion of healthy food to increase your willpower. The studies prove the willpower is a mental muscle that doesn’t bounce back quickly. 

If you use your willpower for task A, there will be less willpower for the next tasks B, C, and so on.

Willpower is limited invest in what matters most. Do what matters most first in the morning because in the morning your willpower is strongest.

Maximum strength willpower means maximum success.

A balanced life.

A balanced life is a myth or a misleading concept by society.

Pursuing a balanced life means never pursuing anything at the extremes.
